Are you the manufacturer?

Yes we are.Our company was established in 1990 and is dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of wooden chairs.

Can I schedule a visit to your company?

We encourage you to do so! The best place to sell our chairs is in our company. Here we can show you all the process since we choose the wood until we have your chair ready for package.

Do you have a showroom? What is your opening time?

Yes, we have our own showroom with more than 100 models available. We are open every weekday from 9:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 18:00. If you schedule an appointment we can meet at a different time.


How do you classify the different types of finishings?

The Category A finish has a stained base with acrylish varnish. The Gloss varies between 5% and 20% and the wood grains are visible. Category B finish is opaque and the wood grains are not visible. The Category C finish is for High-Gloss finishes, opaque colours or with visible grains.

Can I get a water-borne type of finishing?

Yes you can. However this type of finishing is more expensive so you need to consult with us first.

Can I get a fireproof type of finishing?

Yes you can. This type of finishing is more expensive so you need to consult with us first. Fire-Retardant Certification.

Will the finishing colors be the same as those on my screen?

The pictures shown here were taken with a professional camera so it resembles a lot with the original. However, different types of screen have several configurations of colour. We advise you to request a sample from us.


Are the measures from the products accurate?

All of our dimensions are indicative and a margin of error may occur. It is also possible that the dimensions are not totally correct. In case that any dimension is essential to you, please contact us.

Why do I need the side stretchers on a chair?

The side stretchers can increase the durability of a chair by years. They prevent the displacement between the front and the rear foot. We recommend the side stretchers for a chair that is going to have an intensive use.

Are all the products available in differrent types of wood?

We mainly work with beech or ash wood. By request, we can also use oak and walnut. All of other types of wood can be used by submitting a request.

Do you produce chairs in other materials or just wood?

We only produce wooden chairs. We can provide chairs with small details in metal but you need to consult with us first.

Is is possible to modify an existing product?

Yes, any product can be changed. These modifications can influence the price and the delivery time.

I want a specific chair but I can't find it on your website. What can I do?

Send us a drawing of what you're looking for and we try to adapt it to one of our existing models.

Do you have any product available for immediate delivery?

We do not have chairs available for immediate delivery. All of our stock is without any finishing or upholstery. However, for some of our products we offer a 'fast delivery' service. We commit ourselves in offering you the chairs ready with a short delivery time. This service has an additional cost.


Do the prices include taxes?

No, taxes are not included on the price shown, unless it is specified.

Is the transport cost included?

No, the prices do not include the transport cost.

Can I collect my order on your facilities?

Yes, we have a loading dock suitable for any truck. We are open on weekdays from 9:00 until 12:00 and from 13:00 until 17:00.

Can you provide the final price including shipping costs?

Yes, we can. For this we need your complete address and timetable suitable for the delivery. Please bare in mind the the address should be accessible to a lorry truck.


What is the difference between of the various types of foam?

We differentiate foams by their reaction to fire. Traditional foams do not have any treatment. FR foams are already treated and are regulated for use in much of Europe. CMHR foams comply with UK regulations and are highly resilient. Memory Foam also has treatment and provides extra comfort.

Can I supply my own fabric?

Yes you can. Bare in mind that our fabric consumption given is for 1.40m wide and without pattern. We do not return the remaining fabric. If the client wants the remaining of the fabric returned, you have to mention it when placing your order.

How can I know that my fabric is suitable for the upholstery?

You should consult the specifications of the fabric with your supplier. If the fabric is too thin or too thick it may not be the most adequate. In case of doubt, send us a sample for us to evaluate.

What kind of fabrics are suitable for the Healthcare sector?

For Healthcare projects we always recommend the use of technical fabrics with treatments that will allow a better comfort, avoid health issues and easy maintenance. Waterproof fabrics, anti-bacterial, anti-fungus, anti-sore, with a high martindale cycle.

Can I use natural leather on your products?

Yes, all of our products can be upholstered in natural leather. Our leather consumption is always indicative and depend on the state of the leather. If the leather is small or has a lot of damages it may not be enough. 


How should the products be maintained?

You should not use cleaning products on the chairs. A damp cloth will be sufficient to clean it. Regarding the upholstery, you should consult the fabric technical sheet.

What is the guarantee of the products?

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes used fabrics that are subject to their own warranty conditions.

I received a damaged product, how should I complain?

Please contact your account manager immediately. If the damages were caused in transport, you should mention this in your CRM or Delivery Note.
